Report: UFC Planning July 19th Event; Wanderlei Silva vs. Brandon Vera May Headline

Not to be outdone by an upstart promotion’s inaugural fight card, the UFC is rapidly planning a July 19th event that would air on Spike TV opposite of Affliction “Banned”. Sherdog.com broke news of the event late Sunday.

UFC 84 Fighters Test Clean

All fifteen fighters tested by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for steroids, performance enhancing drugs, and drugs of abuse have tested clean. MMAFrenzy.com confirmed the negative test results with NSAC Executive Director Keith Kizer this afternoon.
