Injuries to Spencer Fisher and Rob Kimmons have prompted a pair of changes to the “UFC on Versus: Vera vs. Jones” fight card, as newcomer Darren Elkins takes on Duane “Bang” Ludwig and Julio Paulino debuts against Mike Pierce at the March 21 event near Denver.
