The fight card for UFC 102: Couture vs. Nogueira, which is set to take place on August 29th at the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon, has been finalized.

Joining a heavyweight headliner between Randy Coture and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira on the pay-per-view main card are Keith Jardine vs. Thiago Silva, Chris Leben vs. Jake Rosholt, Demian Maia vs. Nate Marquardt, and Matt Hamill vs. Brandon Vera.

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell will reportedly not retire despite the wishes of Dana White, with rumors swirling that he could return to action this fall, possibly for a bout against Rich Franklin.

The anticipated showdown between TUF 10 coaches Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Rashad Evans is expected to headline UFC 107 on December 19 in Las Vegas.

On Monday, the UFC officially announced its long-rumored UFC 102 event, which will take place on August 29 at the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon and will be headlined a matchup between former heavyweight champions Randy Couture and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.

Kim Couture has withdrawn from her scheduled May 15th Strikeforce bout against Miesha Tate for undisclosed reasons. Strikeforce today confirmed the card change, but did not announce the reason for her withdrawal from the debut installment of ShoMMA: Strikeforce Challengers in Fresno, California.

UFC co-owner Lorenzo Fertitta has confirmed that BJ Penn will likely meet Kenny Florian in the main event of UFC 101 on August 8th in Philadelphia. Fertitta also announced that Randy Couture and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira will headline UFC 102 on August 29th in Portland.
