Quinton "Rampage" Jackson confirmed Thursday that he'll appear as one of the coaches on The Ultimate Fighter 10. Rashad Evans will reportedly be the opposing coach, but Jackson will fight Lyoto Machida at UFC 103 in September.

UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida's first title defense will be against former 205-pound champion and top contender Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. The bout was announced by UFC President Dana White at the post-UFC 98 press conference on Saturday in Las Vegas.

The coaches for The Ultimate Fighter 10 are now set following UFC 98, but UFC President Dana White refused to release the coaches names at the post-event press conference. However, based on the event's results and previous rumors the coaches are expected to be Lyoto Machida and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson".

Former UFC light heavyweight champion and The Ultimate Fighter 7 coach Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and the winner of next weekend's UFC 98 main event between current title-holder Rashad Evans and challenger Lyoto Machida are likely to be coaches on the tenth season of The Ultimate Fighter.

Brazilian UFC legend Wanderlei Silva reveals his desire for a fourth, and possibly fifth fight, with Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson in an exclusive interview in Fighters Only Magazine: “I want to fight him again. I want to fight him now, and maybe in the final (fight of my career.).”

Former light heavyweight title-holder Quinton "Rampage" Jackson will take on the winner of UFC 98's headliner between current champion Rashad Evans and Lyoto Machida at UFC 102 on August 29th in Portland, Oregon or at UFC 103 on September 26th in the UK.

All eleven fighters drug tested by the Ohio Athletic Commission following their bouts at UFC 96 on March 7th in Columbus, Ohio have tested negative.

UFC President Dana White has confirmed that Quinton "Rampage" Jackson will soon undergo surgery that will prevent him from headlining UFC 98 and announced that Lyoto Machida will square off with Rashad Evans in the UFC 98 main event.

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson took home nearly half of the disclosed $762,000 payroll at UFC 96, earning $325,000 for his unanimous decision victory over Keith Jardine in the evening's headliner. Jardine received $55,000 for the losing effort.

Eleven UFC 96 competitors, including all ten of the evening's winners, were drug tested by the Ohio Athletic Commission following their bouts on Saturday at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

The anticipated heavyweight rematch and unification bout between title-holders Frank Mir and Brock Lesnar will have to wait until July at the earliest after a knee injury suffered by Mir forced the matchup to be officially postponed on Saturday.

Quinton Jackson topped Keith Jardine via unanimous decision in the UFC 96 main event and Shane Carwin, Matt Brown, Matt Hamill, and Gray Maynard also picked up main card victories.

Frank Mir will need 4-6 weeks to recover from his recent knee surgery before he can resume regular training. Rumors suggest Rashad Evans could face Quinton Jackson or Lyoto Machida in the UFC 98 main event.
