Middleweights Nick Diaz and Robbie Lawler topped the $469,600 payroll for Saturday’s Strikeforce: Miami, according to figures released Wednesday by the Florida State Boxing Commission, taking home an event high $100,000 each for their TKO victories over Marius Zomskis and Melvin Manhoef, respectively.
Other top earners for the Showtime televised event include maincard fighters Bobby Lashley ($50,000) and Cris “Cyborg” Santos ($35,000) along with undercard fighters Jay Heiron ($65,000) and Joe Riggs ($30,000).
