With GSP and Alves set to square off in less than 2 weeks at UFC 100, a matchup between Swick and Hughes appeared most likely, with rumors indicating the fight could co-headline UFC 103 in Dallas.

In a recent interview with Raw Vegas, Swick said that they’re still trying to organize a fight with Hughes, but that he could take on fellow-contender Martin Kampmann later this year instead.
