Middleweights Mark Munoz and Ryan Jensen have signed to meet at UFC 108 on January 2 in Las Vegas, according to MMAjunkie. Munoz (6-1) is coming off a win over Nick Catone in August in his 185-pound debut, while Jensen (14-5) notched his first UFC victory in September with a first-round submission of Steve Steinbeiss.

UFC 102 Medical Suspensions: Herman Sidelined Indefinitely With Knee Injury

Twelve of the twenty-two UFC 102 fighters in action at Saturday’s event in Portland have been issued medical suspensions by the Oregon State Athletic Commission stemming from their bouts.

The longest suspension was dolled out to Portland-native Ed Herman, who is sidelined indefinitely from a fight-ending knee injury, while headliners Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Randy Couture were both issued 30 day precautionary suspensions.

UFC 102 Fighter Salaries: Nogueira and Couture Top Earners

Headliners Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Randy Couture were the top earners at Saturday’s UFC 102 event in Portland, according to figures released by the Oregon State Athletic Commission.

Nougiera, who defeated Couture by unanimous decision in the evening’s main event, earned $400,000 for the victory, while Couture received $250,000 in the loss. The disclosed payroll for the pay-per-view event was $1,285,000.

UFC 102 Weigh-In Results: All Fighters Make Weight

All 22 UFC 102 fighters, including heavyweight headliners Randy Couture and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, successfully made weight on Friday at the Rose Garden Arena in Portland, Oregon, the same venue which hosts Saturday’s pay-per-view event.

Couture, the 46-year-old UFC hall of famer and former light heavyweight and heavyweight champion, weighed in at 220-pounds, while the former UFC and PRIDE title-holder Nogueira tipped the scale at 231-pounds.
