UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre will rematch Josh Koscheck on his home turf, as The Ultimate Fighter 12 coaches will square off on December 11 at Montreal’s Bell Centre in the main event of UFC 124.

WEC bantamweight champ Dominick Cruz and 135-pound contender Scott Jorgensen are among five fighters from Saturday’s WEC 50 event who could be sidelined up to six months.

Cruz must have his right hand cleared by a doctor or he’ll remain sidelined until February, along with Jorgensen, Shane Roller, Bart Palaszewski, and Danny Castillo.

The UFC’s push for sanctioning in Ontario, Canada has finally paid off, as the province announced today that it has legalized MMA and will host its first event next year.

In the UFC 113 co-headliner, Josh Koscheck topped fellow contender Paul Daley in a disappointing unanimous decision to earn a title shot against welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre and a coaching stint opposite GSP on The Ultimate Fighter 12.
