The UFC has likely released Hermes Franca, Chris Wilson, Marcus Aurelio, and Justin McCully following their recent losses, as MMA Survival notes that all four have been removed from UFC.com.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on Monday released the medical suspensions for Saturday’s UFC 103 event in Dallas, with heavyweight Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic suspended indefinitely following his co-main event loss to Junior dos Santos.

Rich Franklin, Martin Kampmann, Frank Trigg, Hermes Franca, Cole Miller, and Steve Lopez were all suspended until October 20 after suffering knockout losses on the card.

In the UFC 103 headlining bout between former UFC champions Rich Franklin and Vitor Belfort, Belfort made good on his return to the UFC. Fighters weighed-in today at the Dallas Convention Center Arena for UFC 103 which will take place Saturday at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. Pay-per-view headliner Rich Franklin made weight for the 195 catch weight bout weighing in at 195 pounds on the nose. Co-headliner Vitor Belfort missed weight by a quarter of pound and has two hours to lose the additional weight.

The UFC officially announced its long-rumored UFC 103 event on Tuesday, confirming that the pay-per-view event will take place on September 19 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas as expected.

Four previously-reported fights were added to the event’s official lineup, as Tyson Griffin vs. Hermes Franca, Josh Koscheck vs. Frank Trigg, Efrain Escudero vs. Cole Miller, and Mike Swick vs. Martin Kampmann were all formally announced.

Lightweights Tyson Griffin and Hermes Franca have agreed to square off at UFC 103 on September 19 in Dallas, Texas with bout agreements for the 155-pound contest expected to be finalized soon.

Griffin (13-2) enters the matchup off an April victory over Rafael dos Anjos, while Franca was last in action in October, defeating Marcus Aurelio.

Hermes Franca has been forced to withdraw from his headlining bout at UFC Fight Night 17 against Joe Lauzon after suffering a torn ACL in his right knee.

UFC lightweight Hermes Franca was arrested early this morning in Jupiter, Florida on charges of DUI.
Franca, who last night attended WEC 36 in Hollywood, Florida, was arrested at 2:38am on suspicion of DUI and has been released from custody. It was reportedly his first offense.
