Bisping and Kang clashed on the Spike TV-televised main card, with Kang taking the first round before Bisping recovered to score a second-round knockout and “Fight of the Night” honors for the pair.

Siver picked up “Knockout of the Night” for his second-round spinning back kick knockout of Paul Kelly on the UFC 105 preliminary card, while “Submission of the Night” went to Etim for his second-round guillotine choke of Shannon Gugerty on the unaired undercard.

UFC 105, which was headlined by Randy Couture vs. Brandon Vera, drew a European-record attendance of 16,693, generating a live gate of more than $2 million.

Fighter salaries and medical suspensions will not be available for UFC 105 due to the absence of athletic commissions in the UK.

Couture, fighting at light heavyweight for the first time since 2006, edged Brandon Vera in the evening’s main event, battling through stinging body kicks to control the pace of the fight while landing occasional combinations to earn the unanimous nod.

Couture rebounded from back-to-back losses to improve to 17-10,  though he’ll likely need another win to earn a shot at the winner of the upcoming rematch between 205-pound title-holder Lyoto Machida and challenger Mauricio “Shogun” Rua possible. Vera falls to 11-4 with the loss, snapping a two-fight winning streak.

In the UFC 105 co-headliner, Hardy stunned Mike Swick early then rocked him again in the second and third frames to earn a unanimous decision victory.

Hardy ups his record to 23-6 with the win, including four-straight inside the UFC to earn a shot at welterweight title-holder Georges St-Pierre early next year, while Swick had his four-fight win streak stopped in dropping to 14-3.

In other main card action, Michael Bisping rebounded with a second-round knockout of Denis Kang, Matt Brown scored a second-round knockout of James Wilks, and Ross Pearson earned a second-round TKO of Aaron Riley.

On the UFC 105 preliminary card, John Hathaway, Terry Etim, Nick Osipczak, Dennis Siver, Alexander Gustafsson, and Andre Winner all earned victories.

Fighters Only and MMA Weekly reported the bouts on Thursday.

Kelly (9-1) enters UFC 105 off back-to-back wins over Troy Mandaloniz and Delgado, which improved his UFC record to 3-1 following a defeat of Paul Taylor and loss to Marcus Davis. After a 1-3 start to his UFC career, Siver has won his last three fights, including two-straight wins inside the Octagon against Nate Mohr and Dale Hartt.

Winner (9-3) suffered a unanimous decision loss to Ross Pearson at The Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale in June to fall to 0-2-1 in his last three fights since a late-2007 victory, while Delgado (6-4-1) had won three-straight, including a TUF 9 Finale victory over John Polakowski, before dropping a unanimous decision to Kelly at UFC 99 in June.

UFC 105 is expected to air on tape-delay on Spike TV from the MEN Arena in Manchester, and is likely to be headlined by Michael Bisping.

The UFC today announced additional bouts for UFC 93 on January 17th in Dublin, Ireland and UFC 94 on January 31st in Las Vegas.

Announced for the UFC 93 main card, which is headlined by Dan Henderson vs. Rich Franklin and Mark Coleman vs. Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, were Alan Belcher vs. Denis Kang, Marcus Davis vs. Chris Lytle, and Jeremy Horn vs. Rousimar Palhares. Antonio Mendes vs. Andre Gusmao, Tomasz Drwal vs. Ivan Serati, Tom Egan vs. John Hathaway, and Dennis Siver vs. Nate Mohr were confirmed for the unaired preliminary card.

A superfight between UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and UFC lightweight champion BJ Penn is joined on the main card by Lyoto Machida vs. Thiago Silva and Stephan Bonnar vs. Jon Jones. Manny Gamburyan vs. Thiago Tavares, Jake O’Brien vs. Christian Wellisch, and Matt Arroyo vs. Dan Cramer are officially slated for the preliminary card.

Topping the list of medical suspensions is former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, who was defeated by Forrest Griffin in the night’s main event, who is suspended until January 2nd unless his knee, tibia, fibia, and thumb are cleared by a doctor.

Ten of the event’s eighteen fighters were issued a medical suspension.

Quinton Jackson (defeated by Forrest Griffin via unanimous decision) — Must have left knee, tibia, fibia, and thumb x-rayed and cleared by orthopedic doctor or suspended until January 2nd. Minimum suspension untin August 5th with no contact until July 27th.

Chris Lytle (defeated by Josh Koscheck via unanimous decision) — Must clear right eye lacerations with doctor or suspended until September 4th.

The pay-per-view event, which took place on Saturday, July 5th at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, drew an official attendance of 11,172 for a live gate of $3.2 million.

Main event winner Forrest Griffin took home $250,000, the event’s largest salary. His opponent, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, earned $225,000. The total disclosed fighter payroll for the event was $943,000.

ROUND 1 – Stevnson is aggressive early, pressing the action. Both fighters connect with punches. High kick by Tibau. Stevenson lands a hard right and Tibau falls to the ground. Stevenson follows and works a guillotine but Tibau escapes and reverses. Stevenson gets back to his feet and they clinch against the fence. Stevenson connects with an elbow. Tibau secures a takedown but Stevenson is quickly back on his feet. They clinch, then separate, and Stevenson connects with a combination that sets up a takedown. Stevenson works from Tibau’s guard but falls into an omoplata. Tibau works to finish the fight but Stevenson appears to be in little trouble, gaining a position that allows him to ride out the final minute-plus of the opening round. ROUND 2 – Stevenson and Tibau both connect with combinations then Stevenson shoots in for a takedown. Tibau remains on his feet and they clinch against the cage. They tussle for position and Tibau secures a brief takedown but Stevenson is quickly back on his feet. Tibau secures another takedown and quickly moves to side control. Tibau mounts Stevenson but Stevson capitalizes on a mistakes by Tibau and both fighters return to their feet. Tibau shoots in for another takedown but Stevenson secures a guillotine choke on the way to the ground. The choke is tight and Tibau is forced to tap out at 2:57

ROUND 1 -Lytle and Koscheck touch gloves. Lytle looking for a right. Kick by Koscheck misses and Lytle fires back with punch-kick combo. Leg kick by Lytle. Koscheck presses and misses on a kick, falling to the ground but he quickly gets back on his feet. Koscheck secures a takedown into Lytles guard. Lytle has a quillotine but Koscheck escapes and goes to work with ground and pound. Koscheck moves to half guard and looks to pass but Lytle keeps him in place. Lytle uses his legs to get away momentarily but Koscheck is quickly back into half guard. Lytle keeps Koscheck from passing then reclaims full guard. Koscheck gets back to half guard and postures up to drop punches. Koscheck nearly gets past Lytle’s butterfly guard but Lytle keeps full guard. Koscheck finishes the round strong with some good ground and pound. MMAFrenzy.com scores the round 10-9 Koscheck.

ROUND 2 – Lytle quickly connects with a combination. Koscheck follows up with a good kick. Koscheck attempts a takedown but Lytle is able to get back to his feet. Koscheck tags him then takes Lytle down. Lytle works another guillotine with Koscheck in half guard but Koscheck manages to escape. Lytle is able to keep half guard but Koscheck postures up and ground and pounds Lytle against the cage, opening up a cut on Lytle forehead. More ground and pound from Koscheck bloodies Lytle up further. Lytle tries to keep Koscheck from posturing up but he continues to drop punches from half guard. ROUND 3 – Lytle rushes in but Koscheck evades. Koscheck comes close and Lytle tags him with a punch. Koscheck shoots but Lytle sprawls and then connects with an uppercut. Koscheck is relentless and presses Lytle against the fence. Lytle drops down and works a kimura then a guillotine but Koscheck escapes. Koscheck drops more punches from the top, widening the cut on Lytle’s head. Koscheck pounds on Lytle’s head before they are stood up by Yves Lavigne. Back on their feet Lytle is swinging for the fences. Lytle connects with a combination but slips on the blood and they clinch against the cage. They stall and are again restarted. Koschecks backs away from Lytle on the restart but Lytle is eventually able to close the distance and both fighters exchange hard punches before the bout concludes. ROUND 1 -The first good punch lands a full minute into the bout as Griffin connects with a right. Aurelio looks to pull guard but Griffin doesn’t follow him to the ground. Aurelio looks to bring him into his guard but he’s unsuccessful and Griffin is able to posture up and drop some shots. Aurelio finally brings Griffin into his guard and looks for an armbar but Griffin escapes and postures up. Griffin lands several more punches before Aurelio scrambles back to his feet. Inside leg kick and combination by Griffin. Griffin connects with another kick. Aurelio rushes in but quickly reverses. Griffin lands more shots before they clinch for the remaining seconds of the round. MMAFrenzy.com scores the round 10-9 Griffin.

ROUND 2 -Quicker pace to open the second as both fighters exchange early. Griffin lands a leg kick and follows up with another. Aurelio rushes in and looks to connect but Griffin tags him with combinations. They clinch. Griffin pressed Aurelio against the cage a peppers him with knees. Griffin picks Aurelio up and slams him to the ground. Aurelio takes Griffin’s back in a scramble but Griffin rolls back to the top. Aurelio briefly secures a triangle from the bottom but Griffin escapes and lands more strikes. Punches to the body by Griffin to close out the round. MMAFrenzy.com scores the round 10-9 Griffin.

ROUND 3 – Griffin connects with solid kicks early in the final round before shooting for a takedown. Aurelio connects with a knee and Griffin backs away and continues to connect with kicks and punches while avoiding any major damage. ROUND 1 – Gurgel connects early with kicks and punches then Miller and Gurgel trade leg kicks. Miller lands a hard right and keeps Gurgel away with his reach advantage then connects with a combination. Gurgel lands a hard right and closes the distance but Miller counters with a solid right. ROUND 2 – Miller is aggressive but Gurgel is able to overcome the reach disadvantage and connects with leg kicks. ROUND 1 – Guillard drops Siver to the ground quickly with a right. Guillard rushes in to try to finish Siver off but gets caught in an armbar. Guillard escapes, returns to his feet, then rushes back in and lands several big shots that again drop Siver and force referee Herb Dean to halt the bout at 0:36.

COREY HILL VS. JUSTIN BUCHHOLZ

ROUND 1 – Hill tags Buchholz with a combination seconds in. Hill keeps up the pressure and uses his reach advantage to connect with several more punch combinations before taking Buchholz to the ground. They’re quickly back on their feet and Hill lands several more punches while Buchholz counters with kicks. Buchholz pulls guard but Hill quickly gets back up. Hill lands several hard knees and a kick then secures a late takedown just before the end of the opening round. MMAFrenzy.com scores the round 10-9 Hill.

ROUND 2 – Hill opens strong again, this time connecting with a knee and some punches but Buchholz counters with some kicks. Right head kick by Buchholz connects and the pair trade a furious series of punches during which both fighters connect. Buchholz pulls guard and attempts a gogoplata but Hill avoids then passes to side control and finally mount. Buchholz is able to escape and in a scramble he takes Hill’s back and locks in a rear naked choke. Hill is forced to tap out at 3:57.
