On Thursday afternoon news broke that Quinton "Rampage" Jackson had passed on a title bout against Lyoto Machida to take on Rashad Evans later this year, likely at the UFC's year-end show in late-December. Now, according to rumors, Machida could meet Mauricio "Shogun" Rua in September in the main event of UFC 103.
