Matt Brown has agreed to take on fellow welterweight Anthony Johnson on the main card of The Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale, which takes place on June 20th in Las Vegas.

A rumored bout between welterweights Anthony Johnson and John Howard slated for The Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale on June 20th in Las Vegas will not take place after Howard reportedly backed out of the fight due to dissatisfaction with the amount he would be paid for the matchup.

Though agreements are in the process of being finalized, MMA Junkie is reporting that Anthony Johnson will be taking on fellow welterweight John Howard at The Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale on June 20th.
