  It crawls under my skin that a fighter being 3-1 in the UFC, only having fought 4 fighters takes the opportunity to dog another fighters accomplishments. Especially an 11-0 fighter.

  I think it would make sense to have your less attractive shows (lack of better words) free on network and PPV for your title fights. Got sleepy reading. Sorry if this was already suggested.
  I really hope they don’t lose control though. Lots of concessions and those can only grow as the money goes up.

  1. Not everyone is going to be satisfied for one reason or another.
  2. If he holds a belt, he keeps a belt until a worthy fighter comes a long. Until then, at least he’s looking for challenging fights. It would be ridiculous to take a belt away. Then you’d complain he needs [...]

  And since weight was mentioned… Yes Anderson as I understand walks at 220ish. So to say he couldn’t handle himself is absurd. Couture fights at 225.
  Weight and strength aren’t everything.
  If this happens he will dominate. Now that I think about it…
  This allows Machida to hold 205 and Anderson to hold 2 belts…Hmmm

  Agreed on all points FR.
  As for Anderson fighting at hw… I think he may be trying to make up for poor performances. I think its a good move. Certainly sparks interest as to what will happen. There’s no other real challenges for him at the other classes.
