Rick Story vs. Brian Foster Set for UFC 103 on September 19

Welterweight Rick Story has agreed to replace Paul Daley and square off against newcomer Brian Foster on under two-weeks notice on the preliminary card of UFC 103 on September 19 in Dallas, Texas, according to MMAjunkie.

Foster was left without an opponent last week when Daley was pulled from the matchup to replace an injured Mike Swick and fight Martin Kampmann on the UFC 103 main card.

Super heavyweight fighter Ross Clifton, known for his loss to veteran Ken Shamrock at a February War Gods event, has passed away at age 32 from an apparent heart attack, MMA Weekly reports.

The 380-pound fighter, nicknamed “The Grizzly,” was submitted by Shamrock in the opening round of their February 13 matchup, after which Shamrock was suspended for one-year due to a positive steroid test.
