No offense Marvel, but I actually care about this fight card and the upcoming announcements of the fighters and the pairings…. For many reasons but you probably don’t want to hear in detail why, but one thing is that StrikeForce coming to Fresno is a rather bigdeal and for one this could help out the local economy and StrikeForce will be the first large org to attempt anything in the Central Valley of California and they’re going to put this event on in our College’s basketball arena, soo its not like they aren’t attempting to put on a large show their first try here in Fresno… This isn’t some WarGods bulllll****, and I’m rather amped for it… :P

Lots of people, besides just Camoes and Johnson, care about this fight. This is a news site, this fight being set is classified as news, if you don’t care about this fight, then read the story and move on.

Sure, it’s not going to change the landscape of MMA as we know it, but both guys are on win streaks and could be stars in the future. Before GSP debuted in the UFC you probably would have seen it reported that he was facing some other person you hadn’t heard of on the undercard of some smallish show, and said “Who cares about htis(sic) fight?” then too, but it certainly would have mattered.
