it’s a bit like the shogun fight.

a great fighter, we are not sure if he’s going up again or down so dana says giv him a do or die fight – an aged yet always tenacious coleman.

interesting. painful to think about too but , hey in the end int’ll be a very interesting fight between two greats.

it’ll foece bonnar to really work on tdd and getting back to his feet. succes there will eventually get him a KO. i’m still shocked at how gassed shogun was from the coleman rematch. cobo of various factor but coleman is a tiring guy to fight

Coleman ALWAYS gases. Look at his early fights in UFC, look at most of his PRIDE fights (although he did win the GP in 2000, fighting twice on one card, he had an “easy” road to victory). If it goes past the first round, nay, the first 3 minutes, it’s pretty much over. Coleman just has too much muscle mass on his frame. Same thing happened to Lesnar in round 1 at UFC 91. These big guys need to train at higher altitudes to get their muscles atuned to taking in less oxygen. I don’t like this fight, but if you’re giving Shogun co main event status after he flopped around with Coleman, why not give Coleman a final shot.

Coleman v Bonnar huh? Well ok this should be interesting in a way.. Plus if Coleman loses I would assume that UFC 100 would be his final event in which he is fighting in for the UFC.. The first HW champ of the UFC is retired @ UFC 100 by means of brutal defeat at the hands of Stephen Bonnar~ ya that’s the headline I see.
