MMAFrenzy brings you a few quick updates from around the UFC that you may have missed. This edition of Quick Hits features updates from the UFC Fight Night 32 fight card, UFC 167, The Ultimate Fighter 18 Live Finale, and the UFC’s Fight for a Generation anniversary special.
- The UFC was forced to scratch a bantamweight bout between Lucas Martins and Johnny Eduardo after both men were injured ahead of Saturday’s card. With both men injured, it is possible the bout will just be reassigned to a later card.
- Speaking of bantamweights, the UFC is reportedly hunting a replacement for Vaughn Lee after he was injured ahead of his UFC 167 fight with Sergio Pettis, the UFC lightweight champion’s younger brother. (MMAJunkie)
- UFC welterweight Sean Spence has been tabbed to replace an injure Zak Cummings (pictured) at The Ultimate Fighter 18 Live Finale. Spence will face TUF Brazil 1 runner up Sergio Moraes on the November card.
- If you missed the UFC’s 20th anniversary special “Fight for a Generation,” fear not, because FOX Sports 1 will have an encore presentation this Sunday, November 10, at 8PM ET.
