“Cyborg” To Face Akano at Shamrock vs. Diaz

Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos will return to action on April 11 as part of the “Strikeforce: Shamrock vs. Diaz” card to be held at the HP Pavilion in San Jose. Her opponent will be fellow Strikeforce debutant Hitomi Akano, from Japan.
Though not the match-up many fight fans have long wanted to see, this fight should prove to be entertaining; a classic “grappler versus striker” battle, with a female twist. Santos sports four TKO victories and one submission loss on here 6-1 record. Akano has never been stopped in nineteen career fights, and eleven of her fourteen victories have come via submission.

I figured they would give her and Carano sure wins until they could be matched up against one another.
cyborg is a beast, she could probably beat some guys at 155. I know that is a stretch but she is a monster. I would hate to see her fight gina though. I think gina would lose and I would hate to see gina get her pretty face messed up. Gina is freakin hott. at least to me. I like girls that are not skinny as a toothpick, and add to the fact that gina can kick ass that puts her on my top 3 hott girl list.
Guyborg (as we call her around here some times) actually fights at 145, and yes she could probably beat a lot of guys at that weight.
I actually think the women fights are great…I ESSPECIALLY can’t wait for it to become more mainstream so we can see some heavyweight fights…c’mon? How awesome would THAT be? Some 265 lb. lady switching from the mount into an arm bar?? Awesome! I’ll be thinking about that ALL day.

dont coint out akano she could could easily upset cyborg with a submission..but yes i will be picking cyborg but i do she akano puttong her in some submission trouble sometime during this fight

And I know that you are completely serious about that… Depending on the over/under I would probably put money on that fight… Hell make it happen, I seriously think that Cyborg might even be able to ko one of them
