LOL Rampage cracks me up!!
Rampage is a freaking crack-up and really seems to be doing better since that craziness in Vegas. I hope takes that energy and unleashes it on Jardine!
Overall a great night of fights, although I was stunned by the Koscheck KO – he was out people! Flash knock-dwon + fairly new (to the UFC anyway) referee = early stoppage. Demian Maia has sick BJJ. Joe “daddy” Stevenson proved Diego right, he hasn’t evolved, while Diego has improved in his standup, while still being a good wrestler with good take-down defense. Nate “the great” will still get dominated by The Spider.
Dana, you need to blog whether it is PPV or not bro. This is really the only opp. we have to see the behind the scenes life of the MMA athlete.

That dude put on a show for all the fans that night, plus for the ring girls. That red shirt was too funny.
IMO Diego would get OWNED by Ken/Flo right now.
