The UFC is looking to have British middleweight Michael Bisping fight at home for the first time in three years this fall in Manchester, England. Reports had previously indicated that Bisping would fave Costa Philippou on the card, however MMAJunkie reports that UFC 162’s Mark Muñoz will face off with the cantankerous fighter on October 26.
Both fighters come into the bout after erasing devastating losses by picking up wins in their last fights. Bisping would batter Alan Belcher to get back in the win column at UFC 159, while Muñoz would dominate Tim Boetsch to put himself back in contention at UFC 162.
No broadcast plans have been announced at this time but given the UFC’s recent trends, the card will likely air on FOX Sports 1. Though not formerly announced, the card is expected to take place at the Manchester Arena.
