Maximum Fighting Championship Middleweight Titleholder Elvis Mutapcic is headed stateside as he is now World Series of Fighting bound. “The King” has signed a five-fight deal with the promotion.
Currently riding a five-fight win-streak, four of which came via stoppage, Mutapcic (13-2) defeated Joe Henle via leg kicks to take the vacant middleweight title in October. The Iowan then defended his crown against Sam Alvey at MFC 36 in February, taking a lopsided decision.
The Canadian promotion’s champion joins the likes of Dave Branch, Thales Leites, and Danilo Villefort in the WSOF middleweight division.
