Though it doesn't necessarily anything about the fighter, it does say a lot about their quality of opponents. Forrest's loss to Dan Severn was a decision in his very first pro fight. There's no shame in losing to Gumby, even Chuck Liddel did that before becoming champ. I think the Jardine and Ortiz losses were as much (if not more) about not being in the right place mentally coming into the fight versus actually them being the better fighter. Rashad would have lost to Tito if Tito hadn't grabbed the fence (which was legal 2 years ago). I also think that Rashad's win over Bisping was almost like a make up decision for the Hammill fight.
