They will test for steroids, cannabanoids, opiates, cocaine, diuretics, and other masking agents. They also test for stimulants and other banned substances. Exactly which ones, I don't know. It might even depend state to state. Home tests generally test for cannabanoids, opiates, cocaine, amphetamines, and maybe ecstasy. Probably other things as well.
