The answer I have to that is that they shouldn’t been eating his food. If someone attempts to rob a store, and the store owner shoots them, is the store owner in the wrong for defending themselves and their property, or the robber in the wrong, and therefore at fault for their own death, for attempting to rob the store? Stealing food is stealing, and stealing is stealing no matter how large or small, if they choose to eat food that doesn’t belong to them, then any consequences that result from that are their own fault.

You can test completely clean, be celibate for 6 months, and then test positive. One clean test doesn’t mean anything. And to add to that, just as there are cases of false positives, there are also cases of false negatives.
Someone willingly ingesting it is one thing, putting it in people’s food is something entirely different, even if it was “his own” food, he knew the other dude was going to eat it. Moronic fast food workers get charged for assault when they spit in someone’s food.

Based on the case you put forth, I would argue that you can’t prove that they didn’t contract HIV in the 6 months between the first test and the second.

Yeah, you must be right because a HIV test ALWAYS shows a person is infected right away, there’s NEVER been an instance of someone testing clean and then coming back positive 6 months later.

And what exactly do you think spunk is fool? People CAN and DO get STD’s from transmission of bodily fluids, whether it’s through sex or ingestion of sexual fluids. Therefore, consuming someone else’s baby batter CAN spread STD’s.

As usual thanks to work I am a day behind and a lot of good points have already been made. I would like to start this fight recap off with a few words to the patrons of this site. Obviously I will use a Haiku as the vehicle that drives my words.

I found the frezy.
Sherdog is a donkey show.
Frenzy is pound 4 pound champ.

Dave “little drummer boy” Kaplan marches to the center of the ring to touch gloves (after the fight we find out that this was his only offensive move he had planned).

Phillipe “Gaylord Focker” Nover starts off the action by ending the fight via facial reconstruction surgery and an eyebrow lift.

Frank Mir is seen in the background bonging 11 beers with the boys from team Mir Alpha Beta. Mir then gives Delgado a wedgie and fails to study for his world civilizations exam. Kaplan then explains to Mir that although he got beat up by a nurse he still knows all his state capitols.
