Perhaps by the end of the year Penn could be a welterweight and Hughes could jump to middleweight and things are going to be real interesting. <em>PS - To all those who's comments are not posting instantly, our comment spam protection is acting up and classifying a lot of comments as spam. After Franklin loses to Silva again, Matt Hughs will move up in weight, and unsuccessfully try to beat Silva up for his little brother Rich. P.S. I am still a big fan of both Franklin and Hughs, but the sport is evolving, do to fighters like them both, but the skill level of the new wave of fighters entering the octagon is un-matched by the champions of yesterday.
