So Yves Edwards gets to be destroyed by another beltholder? Sweet.

Any bets on whether Babalu will hold a choke or armbar for 10 seconds after the tap for this fight? Or is there not enough “bad blood” there?

  • huertarogerhuerta says:

well if i remember correctly dbiz he choked that guy out cuz he called him “a mother****er” so as long as southworth doesnt say something like that i think babalu will relinquish the hold when told to

sry kris ill clean that comment up
well if i remember correctly dbiz he choked that guy out cuz the guy called him “a motherf***er” at the weigh-ins so as long as southworth doesnt say something like that i think babalu will relinquish the hold when told to then again it is southworth were talkin bout and hes got a history of running his mouth so mayb

  • FR702 says:

Thompson is trying to get back a prior loss to Yves, he originally wanted to fight HellBoy Hansen but that fell through and so he gets too fight to regain a loss to Yves

I remember when Babalu held that choke on Heath, not sayin I want him to do the same against Southworth I just hope he destroys him..

  • Justin says:

Yeah, I hope Babalu beats Southworth. I’m not too keen on the fact that Southworthless is a belt holder somewhere. Thompson’s pretty good though, I think he will beat Yves. I watched his fight with Milendez on the NBC show this weekend, definitely worth my time.

  • FR702 says:

Ya, Babalu needs a title sooo if he has to destroy Southworth (who doesn’t really need to wear a championship belt), than soo be it

Yves has been doing this game for quite awhile he has some really good matches outthere

  • Justin says:

I agree that Yves has some good fights out there, and he is a decent fighter, I’ve not automatically chalked this one up for Thompson, but I do think Thompson will be the winner.

  • FR702 says:

I do agree that Thompson should win this fight, I might be a war, could be over in 2minutes I dunno want to expect from either of them..

  • timcat says:

is it me or does Joe Riggs fight every month?

    Thompson should win this fight.
    Bobalu by chocke first round.
