Dana White Offers Kimbo Slice Spot on The Ultimate Fighter

Posted by Kris Karkoski on Oct 28, 2008 at 9:50 am ET80 Comments

Dana White Press ConferenceDuring the post-UFC 90 press conference UFC President Dana White offered Kimbo Slice a spot on an upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter reality series, but cast doubt that Slice, who recently suffered the first loss of his career to TUF veteran Seth Petruzelli, would emerge victorious from the heavyweight tournament.

“He can be on The Ultimate Fighter. What’s he done other than get 10 million hits on YouTube? What’s he done to deserve to be in the UFC? Nothing,” said White. “I don’t consider him a real athlete. He won’t win The Ultimate Fighter. The offer’s out there if he wants to take it, (but) he won’t win it.”

Though White said the UFC could tailor an upcoming season of the series to feature heavyweights to allow for Slice’s participation, the mention was merely White’s latest jab at EliteXC and it’s former star fighter, whose main event loss earlier this month was the final blow that put the promotion out of business.

I hope Kimbo takes the offer. I’d love to see him get submitted by some no name in the first fight.

  • Tmoney says:

It’s pretty much his only chance to be in the UFC.

  • Us And Chuck says:

Here are the Kimbo Fanboy rebuttals :

“Kimbo is a warrior, **** Dana”

“Kimbo is money, **** Dana…..Kimbo will clean up Japan”

“Kimbo will win TUF he is that good he beat Tank for **** sake”

“Bas will turn him in to the MMA version of a prime Mike Tyson and he would also beat Tyson”

“Kimbo does not need the UFC he is bigger than the UFC”

“Ref disqualify him Seth was hitting the back of his head !”

  • MC84 says:

I think ratings would be huge if were to do it

  • oldman says:

If kimbo doesn’t take this offer he is done in MMA. This is his one and only chance to prove #1 that he is a legit mmartist that wants to be in the sport and #2 that he isn’t ducking “actual” legit mmartists. Then again he probably won’t becuase his entourage couldn’t come with him.

  • YZFOXRACING says:

OH HELL YEAH THE RATINGS WOULD BE THROUGH THE ROOF… I LOVE TO SEE HIM ON TUF.. IF HE WINS THAT WOULD BE COOL HE WOULD GAIN MY RESPECT. BUT THEN AGAIN I DON’T THINK HE’LL TAKE IT… HE DOESN’T LOOK LIKE SOMEONE WITH SELF CONTROL. HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO SMOKE.

  • MC84 says:

Lol it would be an interesting season for sure… hopefully he takes it!

  • Us And Chuck says:

Surely Kimbo is bigger than TUF ;)

  • YZFOXRACING says:

SO I HEARD THAT CHUCK/ANDERSON SILVE ARE RUMORED FOR UFC 94 I BELIEVE IN FEB 21ST

  • Dirty says:

I agree, I don’t think Kimbo is worthy of the UFC but he definitely won’t agree to the Ultimate fighter show…….. especially when big promotions like Affliction, Strikeforce or possibly Dream would offer him big bucks.

  • MC84 says:

Silva vs chuck? dang chuck is in for big trouble. Could he afford another loss?

  • oldman says:

Yah, whatever i like the look on Chucks face when he gets ktfo. I just think it’s his patented overhand right that keeps knocking his ass out. ahahahaha

  • Us And Chuck says:

Yeah chuck will get knocked out……again.

For me Silva should grow some balls and fight a Wandi or a Shogun instead hiding in the MW division :)

  • Surfingk5 says:

Well it certainly won’t ever happen but, HOLY **** if it did. He wouldn’t make it to the end but, I agree ratings would be through the roof. I’d watch just to see his final out on mma.

Either way, Kimbo, don’t let the door hit you on the way out. I’ll never support a felon.

  • FR702 says:

Kimbo won’t take this TUF offer, but perhaps it would be good, from a learning aspect.. I just don’t think he will do it..

Chuck v Anderson hmmmm interesting possibilities

Silva won’t fight Wanderlei or Shogun or Machida anyone from Black House or Chute Boxe… Wanderlei and Anderson are still friends and won’t fight…

  • mma_k9 says:

”For me Silva should grow some balls and fight a Wandi or a Shogun instead hiding in the MW division”

‘Us and chuck’ i am one of Wandy, Shogun and Ninjas biggest fans, infact i love the whole of, what used to be Chute Boxe…they were the reason i started fighting Muay Thai to begin with. I’ve watched them ever since they started out in Vale Tudo. It pains me to even say it but Wandy’s fighting style is tailor made for someone like Anderson Silva. Anderson would pick apart with reach and technique and just piss wandy off into making bad mistakes. I hope and pray im wrong but thats how i see it.

A fight i think would be sick is Wandy vs Griffin or Shogun vs Chuck….these are fights i’d love to see.

  • KOuch says:

    YZ,

Good lookin out. Chuck is F-n stupid, crazy, dumb and brainless. He doesn’t stand a chance against Silva. Chuck needs to talk to a psycho therapist of many sorts.

Kimbo would be good for TUF. He could bring a lot of viewers who “thought Elite XC” provided quality MMA and do not understand the difference in talent when it comes to the UFC. In other words, The UFC could teach fans who do not know what real MMA is all about. As far as the business side of things go, Kimbo is a glod mine for TUF. Even if he lost his first fight…..their would still be a **** load of viewers. He is still a draw for some unknown reason….. Kinda funny to go from HEADLINER to TUF competitor expected to lose.

  • M3 says:

Kimbo should stay away from the ufc whats the point working for someone who hate’s your guts and will only F*ck with your job!
why would the give that washed up chuck liddell a shot at the one of the sports best fighters in the world, chuck has no place in that fight besides ratings that a bad match up in every way! if the ufc keeps putting on these horrible match ups just so they can get ratings then there no better then EliteXc.. like Brock vs. Randy … a perfect example on how weak the heavyweight division is there putting brock an early fighter with only 3 fights and he lost one of them he got talent not like kimbo but hes does not get a title shot on a ufc record of 1 and 1. this WOULD NEVER HAPPEN to any other fighter in that league. its just because of who he is!
and what to do with give chuck a lower level fighter so he can work on his game, and save Silva for a fighter that will bring something to the table in the form of a challenge and the ratings will come anyways!

  • 2girls2cups says:

i highly doubt affliction would touch this guy, there’s no point considering they already have alot of hw talent. strikeforce maaaaybe but i doubt he’ll make any real money there. and i was unaware that dream had anyone fighting above like 60lbs, lol. one possibility is that he’ll end up in pro wrestling for a short while but honestly, i think this is the end of the line for kimbo’s fight career, he might get lucky and still get a few commercials or something but in 10 years i guarantee we look back and go “ohhhhh ya, that guy”.

  • oldman says:

How do you match silva against anyone though. I’m not one of these guys who think he’s unbeatable, becuase i know i’ll take heat for this but i don’t think cote had him kind of perplexed. Chuck in his prime would have been a perfect match up for silva. It’s going to take a stand up guy with lots of strategy and a solid chin. Cote did have the perfect game plan, it’s too bad his knee blew becuase i would have liked him to show how good he is in the later rounds. Back to chuck though, he has little to no game left. His sprawl and exceptional striking was what made him dominate for so long. Now he doesn’t stick to his counter game and his attack is lack-luster at best. Stick silva in there with a technical striker, with a legendary chin and a legit ground game. Only two name come to mind “cote” and “hendo”. Joe Silva knows what he’s doing it’s just hard when the guy is next to unstoppable.

  • Us And Chuck says:

Before the Cote fight i would tend to agree MMA_k9

But if Silva believes his own hype it looked like it Saturday a Wandi or Shogun would beat the arrogant version of Silva.

A Cote or Hendo match would be interesting but i would love to see Thiago Alves step up to MW and fight Silva IMO i would go with an Alves win if Silva believes the smoke that Dana is blowing up his backside to be true some one is going to knock him out :)

  • FixXeR says:

Kimbo made a few hundred thousand in the elite XC….i doubt he fights for nothing in the UFC. He fights for money….he is a greedy bastard…he doesnt fight for the sport. Even when he was street fighting people were paying upward to $25000 to fight him. TUF and Kimbo will never happen.

Chuck and Silva is an interesting matchup. I know its not the same iceman….but he is still very good at getting out of things. Silva has never had to fight someone with chucks power, but then again, Chuck has never fought anyone as accurate and quick as Silva. While he may not get laid out like he did against Rashad…..he would defiently get chopped down. I really like Silva….but lost alot of respect from him not finishing Cote. He could have finished that whenever he wanted to.

  • timcat says:

Two day old news. Kimbo is a joke.

  • timcat says:

He wouldn’t take the pay cut anyway

  • E-ROC says:

Wow, what a way to welcome a possible fighter into your stable. Let’s just insult Kimbo on the way in and on the way out, because that is good business.

  • DBiz says:

Fixxer, the only thing Chuck is good at getting out of these days is his own game plan. Well, that and getting his lights put out. He’s close to washed up and will end up Hughesing or Shamrocking himself if he doesn’t realize he can’t hang with the kids anymore.

Also, if Silva refuses to fight Wandi or Machida, or anyone they put in front of him he instantly loses all credibility as a champion and I will refer to him as Anderson Noons from that day forth.

  • DBiz says:

e-roc, Kimbo doesn’t want the UFC and the UFC doesn’t want Kimbo. Nothing wrong with that.

  • oldman says:

OUCH, DBiz i will admit that ducking your friends is kinda weak, but honourable in the same breath. It’s not that he’s ducking, it’s that these guys have a kind of creedo umongst eachother. Anderson won’t fight them and they won’t fight him. plain and simple.

  • Chris L. says:

E-Roc lets be real… do you you think he would make it through that show? He looks gassed after a few minutes and there wouldn’t be a long lay off between fights since it’s shot in six-eight weeks, so even if he won his first fight, he’d be pretty much dead for the second. I think it’d be a great if took it because if he won he’d gain some legitimacy in everyone’s eyes. If he lost and stuck around he’d greatly benefit from the coaching in my opinion.

Now do I think he’ll take it? Right off the bat…hell no. He won’t take the pay cut and lets be honest for the reasons I mentioned earlier it could further damage any hopes of a career. However, if he goes to Japan and gets beat once or twice it may be his best option because it’d be hard to continue to get fights if he loses like he did against Petruzelli.

On a side note ratings would be great and would definitely bring renewed interest in TUF from the non-hardcore MMA fans. To be honest I keep reading that the show needs an adrenaline shot ratings wise and this would provide it.

  • E-ROC says:

DBiz, that is probably true, but I got tired of the shots Dana White likes to dish out at his competition. It’s overdone. He does it every chance he gets. When he speaks, I usually put the tv on mute unless he has something of importance to say.

  • Bigchief says:

I understand its fun to Kimbo-bash, for its own sake or to place the UFC on a pedestal as Dana White prefers. But how blind do you have to be to not see his footwork, punching-power, weave game and his body movement. And this was before he had any formal training. No credit for defeating former heavyweight champ and olympic gold medalist Ray Mercer, or former UFC champ Tank Abbott? Sure they were older but I watched Tank bench 500 lbs like it was a bucket of feathers just prior to his fight, and Ray Mercer fought for the WBO heavyweight championship as recent as 2002. If these accomplishments doesn’t qualify one for the octagon, at least as a starting contender, then what does?

  • DBiz says:

If Silva refuses to fight Filho at some point while he is the champion he should be stripped of the title and forced to wear trunks with a vagina on the front. A gaping, bleeding one.

  • DBiz says:

Beating MMA fighters under the age of 40, bigchief.

  • Surfingk5 says:

    @Bigchief
What raw talent Kimbo does have, does not change and is certainly not a testament to the “man” that is Kimbo Slice. He is a felon. In every sense of the word. Because he beat people weaker than him does not make him a fighter or a mixed martial artist (or any kind of artist). He has no respect for the “art” of mixed martial arts. He was picked up by a criminal organization (exc). Like all good criminals they get caught and destroyed by the greater good.

In summation, Kimbo Slice is a douche bag.

  • Bigchief says:

As a convicted felon myself I resent the implication that this makes you an automatic douche. Are we talking about Kimbo’s personal background or his merit as a fighter? Certainly Bas would side with giving a dedicated and talented person a shot, but he’s just a world class martial artist and trainer, who runs his own fighting camp…what would he know? Also every champion in every sport got there by beating the weaker opponent, yet this makes Kimbo a criminal because no commission sanctioned his fights. Let’s not forget to include every UFC fight prior to 30 or so in this “felonious” category because technically they were unsanctioned and illegal as well.

  • Us And Chuck says:

Dbiz it is Paulo who is running he aint fighting Silva because he is his ferweeeend……………..aaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwaa :)

Now if he refuses to fight Wandi then he is Nooner no doubt.

  • oldman says:

Bigchief, if kimbo steps up takes the TUF challenge takes a paycut and does well like you expect he will. which he won’t. WE will all take back what we’ve said about him. Untill that day he remains a douche.

  • YZFOXRACING says:

A DOUCHE IT REMAINS… LOL IM WITH THE OLDMAN

  • Chris L. says:

BigChef I agree the felon thing is a low cheap shot because it doesn’t mean you’re a Dbag. However, watching him fight I saw something completely different as someone who has trained in Thai Boxing for 7 years. His hands stayed low, never guarding his chin. His head movement was non-existent and he lead with his chin up on his approaches and when he threw. While his footwork was not bad at all(probably his bright spot), compared to any minimally trained fighter he was light years behind on any technique. Now if he actually used the training he’s been getting from Bas then you’d see him become a monster but as soon as he gets hit he regresses into a street fighter with no training who swings wide open for the fences. Until he beats a legit fighter who is not over the hill, he will always remain as just someone who saw an opportunity to cash in on his “street cred” just like a rapper who sells out.

Also let us not forget that Bas wasn’t exactly not compensated for taking him on, believe me he’s getting paid so while he can teach Kimbo all he wants he knew at the end of the day he was going to be paid so whether or not Kimbo actually used any real MMA skills was not his concern at all. Any one who has taken a class in combat style martial arts knows several guys in their classes that really are just there to say they went and not really learning anything from the trainer but the trainer is still getting paid so it doesn’t matter to them.

  • Chris L. says:

    cheif* my bad haha

  • timcat says:

Kimblow will allways be torn apart by real MMA fans.

  • Jazzkok says:

“a little taste of hipocracy”-Linkin Park

All Dana white has done(and the rest of the world), is talk $hit about Slice and how he makes MMA look bad and how he “wouldn’t even win the UF”, and now he’s offered him a spot on the UF? Even if he’s trying to prove a point, he’s contradicting himself. Yes, yes i know, it’s “a business” as well and a lot of @$$holes want to watch him fight, so he draws a crowd, but fu#K dude have some fu$%in conviction and stick to your words. If you say he’s a disgrace to MMA then why the F##K would you give me a chance on the worlds biggest mma organization???

  • RyanMoney says:

    lmao Us and Chuck

  • Surfingk5 says:

@Bigchief, I’m speaking of his merits as a man and a douche bag.

    1. I have no sympathy for felons.

    2. There is a substantial difference between mma past and the present. Those that have literally faught through that past and the present.

    3. Being a felon that was caught and being a felon that didn’t also, I see no difference.

    4. The difference is what you have done from the f’d up past. He is the same man and same douch bag. From gangsta to street fighter to having a fighter paid to stand with him. He is a douche and I predict will continue on that path.

    5. As for beating the weaker I meant people without the “animal instinct” he has. Less training and less brain cells. That’s all he is anyway, an animal. He should be on a leash.

    6. For the old school felons out there that transissioned with MMA and also help legitimize the sport??? CHEERS!!!

    7. Refer back to 4.

  • Surfingk5 says:

    @Jazzkok,
Because it’s funny. He’s mocking him.

  • oldman says:

I thought I was pretty clear on my explaination. but well re-itterated surkingk5. I also would really like to see slice fail miserably even though i think he is a joke. I know ehere dana is comming from, he’s not trying to be a hypocrit he’s trying to prove the fact that he is right on all accounts. Kimbo doesn’t accept the offer = douche. Kimbo excepts offer and gets his ass handed to him = douche. Dana just has to sit back and laugh now.

  • micjasbro says:

That would definitely improve the ratings if he makes it into the house.

Hey oldman, is that a reference to the Legend of Neil? awesome.

  • Chris L. says:

Jazzkok have you ever heard of giving some enough rope to hang themselves on? Dana loses nothing by having him on there because he knows he will not take the offer and if he did and lost on the show it would be embarrassing for Kimbo. Plus it’s actually beneficial to the sport to prove Kimbo could make it in the UFC because then it gives him a little credibility amongst hardcore fans and keeps the interest in the sport up.

  • RyanMoney says:

Where did all this crap come from that Kimbo is a fighter anyway?

Chris L hit the nail on the head with Kimbo tho.

  • ufcmanz says:

Silva was doing to much running in the Cote fight like a minute and a half before the first punch … then like a minute after that came the second punch .. Cote had no shoot at beating Silva , it looked to me like Silva went with a Machida strategy ,win the round with a few strikes because he wasn’t trying to finish the fight. If Kimbo is the mix martial artist he says he is he’ll jump at the chance to be on TUF for 1 he’ll be getting some of the best knowledge from some world class MMA fighters, Kimbo has to realize, he needs some BJJ so he has a clue what to do when some takes him down and some wrestling to stay off his back. Why shouldn’t he take it because Dana called him a joke? What its true he has business to be headlining a main event with his skill, I thought the same thing when Lesnar was headlining but the only diffence between when Lesnar headlined was he was up againest a main event fighter in Frank Mir. Kimbo was up against a non main event fighter to build his record. I think Kimbo should try TUF unless he’s to good for it?

  • oldman says:

I didn’t think anyone EVER watched the legend of neil. nice pick on the ref. hahaha

    slice=douche=end of story

  • Jazzkok says:

    Chris L.

Dude, dana has nothing to lose? If you kept talking $hit about some dude and how he sucks @$$ and is embarrasing the sport, why would you then turn around and ask him to be in your organization? He like any other guy who doesn’t keep his word like a MAN, loses my respect. He doesn’t need to bring kimbo on TUF for the world to know he will suck @$$. WE KNOW THAT ALREADY dude. I personally do not respect hipocrates.

  • DBiz says:

TUF isn’t part of the UFC, per se. It’s Dana White’s paycheck on the way to being part of the UFC. See, as JT-Money proved, until you win the show, you don’t get to call yourself a UFC fighter.

He doesn’t want Kimbo to be in the UFC. HE wants Kimbo to be beaten by a 20 year old kid with only local experience.

    This isn’t rocket surgery, Jazz.

  • DBiz says:

I very much respect Hipocrates because all doctors say an oath he wrote when they get their medical license.

  • Jazzkok says:

    DBIZ

Dude, before you jump in and start throwing your two cents in, do yourself a favor, and read what i FIRST wrote. Go on dude, read it, then i’ll do you a favor, and disregard what you just wrote.

  • Marty says:

If Dana was smart he would have Kimbo fight Brock Lesnar. People would pay big money to see Kimbo get his ass whooped by The white version of him.

  • SDMIKEY MIKE says:

DANA is so right, Kimbo is a PUNK. Keep him out of MMA, send his ass back to youtube. He’s a street fighter, which is a style of its own and SHOULD be represented in MMA, but with someone who has a little CLASS.

  • DR.DOOM says:

i think dana is just trying to hype it up about Kimbo …. odds are they have already met and worked things out so when he does go on we will be like ” wow lets watch!!!” and it will work ….. why? …. because even though a car accident can be brutal to see, we still look hard at it as we pass by .

  • The Gunslinger says:

kimbo does not deserve to even try out for the ultimate fighter let alone be on it…..i respect that he is at least trying to be a fighter but come on he is so bad for the sport..i mean mike wilbon of PTI actually believs that mma is a bad sport and his reason for saying that is because he says how can mma be a real sport when there best hw kimbo slice gets ko’d by a no name guy……no see this is why i hate some people at espn because they say …ohh i try to like mma….umm no im sorry when you actually believe elite xc hipe and think kimbo is the best hw your just dumb…im confident i could whoop kimbo……the only respectable people on espn anymore who actually understand mma are….the whole mma live crew, jim rome, and Tony Reali…and maybe a few more that i dont know of but those are the ones i know…imo im glad elite and kimbo are dead….good ridence you were bad for the sport anyways….please dana dont except this kimbo being on tuf thing is he accepts…then the ufc will end up just like elite…all about the hipe and views not enough about the fans and the fights

  • Surfingk5 says:

Jazzkok, “dude” it’s like he’s **** slapping Kimbo. Insult to injury…Are you argueing just to argue or do you have something legitimate to say???

  • Bigchief says:

Speaking of Elite XC and staging fights for the fans, what about fighting Tito and Ken Shamrock three times in a row? How was this helping either fighter on the road to title contendership? Or was it just a marketing stunt which did nothing to further the integrity of the sport? I love Dana White and what he did with the UFC but he runs his mouth so much he most likely loses track of all the crap he spews and unintentionally reaches the point of blatant hypocrisy.

  • chick says:

Look, Dana already has a kimbo in the ufc, Brock lesner! Kimbo is more deserving of a spot in the ufc right now than Brock was when he came in. Dana is a hypocrit on this one! I’m no kimbo fan but I’m just calling white out on this one.

  • timcat says:

    Marty,
Please refrain from the comparison of Brock Lesnar and Kimbo Slce. They are completely different situations. Brock Lesnar is a former NCAA CHAMPION WRESTLER, NOT SOME STREET FIGHTING BUM OFF THE STREET. Get your facts in order before you come on a site where the everyday contributers actually know what they are talking about. Maybe next time you will be better prepared and have done your homework, or maybe not. Keep eating the Kimbo hype and you will get as far as the Lappen’s and the Shaw’s of this world.

  • DBiz says:

I did Jazz, and you aren’t making sense. You just aren’t. In one post you reference the show, then later you reference the UFC. I’m sorry I’m not good at reading your mind but it’s hard when you say, “If you say he’s a disgrace to MMA then why the F##K would you give me a chance on the worlds biggest mma organization?” No one’s giving YOU a chance to do anything. Hell, I’m only giving you a 25% of remembering toilet paper and not stinkpalming yourself next time you’re in the bathroom.

I’m sorry I had to spell it out for you. I know it’s wrong to make fun of the special for trying to integrate into real society but damn it, you make it too easy.

Nothing I said up there DIDN’T contradict your original point. You asked why would you give him a spot on The Ultimate Fighter. I said, “To embarrass him.” If Kimbo can’t beat some no-name, he won’t ever work in MMA again. And that is the point.

  • Surfingk5 says:

    @DBiz
I don’t think you can make it any clearer…unless it’s on crate paper written in big crayon.

“Stinkpalm”…I think wet myself a little.

  • Spud says:

I dont think it would be to much of a pay cut for Kimbo, he’ll still get sponsership money for whatever gear he wears on the show. Then again Dana probably controls that too. If he does go on the show, his name is out there for a while longer and gets him more money where ever he fights.

  • DBiz says:

He was pulling a half million a fight at the end there. He’s never, ever going to get back there. It would be a huge pay cut.

  • JOHNBOY says:

u say it would be a pay cut but he would bring rateing in, just look at lesnar he gets half a mill and hes had 3 mma fights

  • oldman says:

Thats why I have alot of respect for lesnar. He went from making mills with the WWE to a pay cut with the UFC, but he is fighting for real now. If kimbo does take the offer I may gain respect for him.

  • Chris says:

Agreed, Kimbo Slice is a joke, and deserves no spot in the UFC. But what did Brock Lesnar accomplish to be able to waltz into the UFC and be granted a title shot with a pro record of 2-1, 1-1 in the UFC?

  • bob says:

This shows Dana’s arrogance and stupidity at the same time.If Dana is so smart, why does he even have a TV show, why doesn’t he just announce the winner and leave it at that. The best part is when he says something stupid ,like what has he done?Well Dana could not care less about accomplishments,if he did he would not have had Lesnar fight for the title ahead of MIR a man he lost to.
What is even more amazing,is that Kimbo would be perfect for the UFC,there system favors standup,so Dana would not have to worry about a boring lay on the ground grappler fight.

    • fr702 says:

Concuctious, don’t read this u might not comprehend, too long of a read

Ok bob let’s communicate shall we, now if you’re new or whatever perhaps u haven’t been around I don’t know but if it took u two months to work up a response to this then just wow.. Now I would like to touch on a few points u attempted to make,

Let’s talk about Lesnar getting a title shot before Mir the man who beat him… Well there is this show that Mir and this guy Big Nog signed up for to be coaches on, now before they had a oppritunity to fight this other guy Randy came back and said well I’m the champ too, Lesnar beat Herring and then proceded to beat that Randy guy and take his title and Mir gets his shot to be champion on Dec 27th even tho his fight was signed 6months ago he had that show to be a part of… There are TWO Heavyweight Champions of the world rightnow fyi

What has kevin ferguson done in MMA except has a legandary coach that um 90% of fans really like?

UFC favors stand up?? Out of all of the Champions how many are BJJ blackbelts??? Answer is (drumroll please) 4 of the organizations champs are BJJ blackbelts… Forrest Griffin (purple I believe) and Brock Lesnar (who is essentially a ground fighter anyways gnp/wrestling) and I don’t think that the UFC favors standup ala ProElite and their ridiculous standup policy…

Shane Carwin would knock kevin ferguson the fukc out

Dana White is a pretty smart guy with an excellent product to deliver to us fan, he isn’t overly smart and can be a prik he didn’t go to Harvard nor Yale, he has a passion for the UFC and MMA as well soo pretty much bob I disagree with you attempt to throw a blanket opionion out there and expect people to just look by your waste of the proper use of the submit comment button on a dead thread from over two months ago…. Bob this isn’t a personal attack on u as much as it is just me venting, and most people who have been here awhile will know why we all dislike Drive~by’s

      DUCK

      Peace pimpin

  • Ezent says:

does anyone know when and or where the next tuf try outs will be or where to find info for them?
