Great blog some funny moments. I always love to see the fighters before and after the fight. Serra being himself funny guy, dont know why so many people hate him on here but i really like the dude. I wouldve liked to hear the reaction from Dana after the Cote fight, but oh well maybe on the DVD in a few months.
I think Dana was bewildered at what transpired Saturday. I think he was probably disappointed in Anderson Silva and shocked over Cote blowing his knee out. Both were out of his control. Despite the boos from an unsympatheic crowd, Chicago will likely see the UFC soon because of the gate money the reception the UFC received. I saw the blog from backstage at the Chicago theater and man, I want to go to the next Chicago fight. It looks like a ton of fun.
What was the Canada comment referring to, the “king of Canada”? I must have missed something.

i paid 45 dollars to see silva fight and was so upset i will never order another ufc event on ppv again i order everyone but not anymore
that is sober when he walks in the arena thats awesome ufc and tool makes a great combo
i agree with u anzstar_inc serra is a funny dude, i hope he beats matt hughes, not that i dont like MH i just like serra more and i think hughes is finished now were as serra could have another good few fights left in him
Yea Matt seems like a real down to earth guy, personally I hate Hughes. Very good fighter but from everything I’ve seen on the TUF seasons I’ve learned to really dislike him. So I hope matt breaks his arm.
Sean Thompson, why did that card make you stop want to stop buying PPV’s? It was a injury, they are fighting it happens. There have been worse cards that I’ve paid for. The Alves Kos fight was great. The sherk Griffin fight was a war. And you got to see a fighter in Dos Santos make a statement to why people should worry about him. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 6 or 7.
dos santos vs kongo would be nice to see
GSP making the “jump” and matt playing with Hendo’s balls. At least someone is thinking about their fight career instead of the next time he’s gonna get laid. I don’t think Hendo will give up that booty to Hughes anyway. Keep your hands to yourself Matt, or get out of the closet.
