The flaw is the scoring system. Fighters can control using wrestling and nothing else and win a fight whereas if a fight was forced to end with KO or submission wrestlers would be forced to do something else. The problem is for the UFC to be sanctioned you can't have endless fights while they would actually be the best at eliminating the stalling and point-only techniques we see currently.
