Based on the fact that Leben used to dye his hair red for his fights, and now seems to dye it black, as well as the characteristics of some of his tattoos I would bet he associates with this crowd at least some. Bisping has impressed since the drop down and has lighting speed & accuracy the boy will go all the way. On to Cote getting a shot he did beat Almeida who is a top level MW and Okami is injured so it is not his fault. I would be willing to bet his normal walking around weight is not much less than it was when he was fighting at 205. The difference is that now he has to maintain a proper diet, where before he was admittedly eating garbage to put on weight. I think Bisping has a lot of natural ability, and he's got a lot of skills that he brings to the fight. As with many fighters, one major thing that will determine how far he goes as a fighter is himself and his mindset. He clearly came into the Hamill fight expecting to dominate on the feet and beat Hamill easily, when he got rocked on the feet early against Hamill it changed his whole mindset and he went from "I'm going to mow this guy down" to "Crap, I'm really in a fight". That's what "cost him that fight" (even though the judges gave it to him). I am really interested in where his career goes, I think he has a lot of potential, and I personally like the guy. I was disappointed in the way he acted after the decision in the Hamill fight, but outside of that I like the guy. He has not yet shown definitively that he can take down Silva, but he has shown flashes of that. All that being said, for this fight tomorrow, Chris Leben is a <b>very</b> dangerous opponent, who is much improved from his TUF days.
