Gina Carano on ‘The Late, Late Show With Craig Ferguson’ Tonight
EliteXC fighter Gina Carano, “The Face of Women’s MMA”, will be appearing tonight on “The Late, Late Show with Craig Fergusson”, which airs on CBS beginning at 12:35am ET/PT.
Carano’s appearance on the show is to promote her Saturday bout against Kelly Kobold on the main card of EliteXC: Heat, which takes place at the BankAtlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will air live on CBS beginning at 9pm ET.
Tonight’s appearance is the latest in a series of recent marketing for the Saturday card, which also includes Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock and Andrei Arlovski vs. Roy Nelson.
Slice recently appeared on “Pardon the Interuption” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to hype EliteXC: Heat and was also featured on a recent David Blaine magic special. Ads for the event were aired multiple times during CBS’ Sunday NFL broadcasts as well as throughout EliteXC’s debut edition of their weekly television program, “Champions of the Cage”, on FSN.

Yeah Dietrich, I guess there were a lot of last minute card changes from what I hear. Reviews of the show were generally positive, though I think it’s more indicative of a good crowd in NC then a good event.
@The Gunslinger – Frank vs. Kimbo would certainly be a better fight imo but we’re stuck with Ken vs. Kimbo haha. Thanks for the heads up, it’s fixed now.

@ Kris – LOL, just having fun. We all (I hope) knew what you meant. At any rate, I USED to love her – she was just great. Then all the snide remarks about over-exposure, “simply wanting to be a fighter”, not wanting to be the “face of woman’s MMA”, etc, etc, etc. So what does she do? Commit to another season of American Gladiators, pose for Maxim, do a photo shoot for ESPN, go on Craig Fergusson’s show – and on and on. She’s such an F-ing phoney now, anyone with six brain cells can see through her crap. I hope she wins the next few fights and then fights someone of “Cyborg’s” quality. Then we’ll all know what she’s really made of (hint: nothing).
