LOL, I thought it was a miss print, (3 fight win streak). He sure is keeping busy fighting scrubs.
i want to see him back in the ufc. baroni has knock out power and always looks in great shape i think we will defo see him again fighting in the ufc or affliction, even tho he will prob never be champ he can defo be a test for young up and comeing fighters.
@ JohnBoy, he alsways looks in shape yet always tends to gas out mid way through the fight… He has one of the best ko’s I’ve ever seen in the UFC, yet I don’t believe the NYBA will ever make a return to the octagon and if he did the UFC WW/MW divisions (whichever he chose to fight) would own him (imo)… Affliction is a good possibility yet he needs to be more consistant… If he fights again in Lemoore I’m going to go, PFC is starting to sign some rather know fighters which is great for MMA in central California..
i havent been a fan of baroni ever since his im the greatest celebration…he’s good but i dont think he is good enough for affliction or ufc…..i mean come on what is he now like 12-10….13-10 something like that
Baroni-Condit Would be crazy…
I’m greatest fucccking EVA,EVA!!!!!!!!!! hahahahahaha classic..
LOL!
Condit by second round TKO
condit would be the favorite for sure . But you never know due to baroni’s power . if he caught him flush on the chin I think it would be over for condit. then again , its only if baroni is able to get some distance between them .
Cocky bastard
Baroni is a steroid freak and is bad for the sport.
Phil has crazy power but Carlos is just psycho and fluid in all phases.IMO Phil has a punchers chance and the usual catching the opponent doing something stupid. I will give Baroni credit the drop has done wonders for him.I saw a picture on Sherdog of him at 170 and if it wasn’t for the “steroid vein” you wouldn’t be able to tell what he had done to himself…
yawn…whatever.
baroni got owned by frank shamrock even though frank kept it standing. how’s he gonna do against guys that are younger, better, and want to win at all costs?
How come good fighters like Phile Baronie, Robby Lawer,Babolo,Andra Arloskie, Mat the law lyn lyn,Vetor Balfort and other good fighter that I cant spell or think of. ant in the UFC any more. is it because they refues to fight other fighters. Dana White is leting some of his good fighters go why.
Baroni and Babalou aren’t UFC caliber anymore. AA had a couple boring fights, and then I don’t think Dana wanted to pay him what he wanted to get paid. Robby Lawler was covered on thread about his fight…
Why are you trying to pick a fight? I had yet to even hear of this guy, and at this time of night, I don’t feel like going through, finding videos of him, watching, and formulating a response. So… if you want to boost your comment count (as you often like to make a note of the fact that you’ve passed someone on the commentators list) do so picking your fight with someone else.
Justin,
I am glad you responded because I was completely lost on that one. You’re all good…..someone else on the other hand???
well, now they’re all gone… ::shrugs:: now my post looks kinda silly sitting there.
Dr Doom – Stop the personal attacks or you will be banned.
@Justin – No worries. He’s been warned now and future problems will be dealt with. For now I’ve removed the top commentators list to cut down on people trying to boost their counts by posting nonsense. It may go back up but for tonight at least I’ve taken it down. Have a good one!
Thanks Kris. I really don’t know where that came from. Keep up the good work!
But I was #2 climbing my way up the ranks….
Hahahaha I don’t know what Justin and KOuch were bickering about but damnnit I was making a run on DolfanG hahaha owell I was only like 500 away just jokes Kris,Kouch,Justin and DolfanG
FR,
We were not bickering. I was trying to understand a totally confusing random attack on Justin. It just made NO sense and was painfully random. The top commentators list has pros and cons but overall I think it should go. Lately it seems people post something and then follow up with 2-3 more posts on the same topic before anyone else comments. Almost like they are talking to themselves. It’s one thing if you are replying to different people or using you 2nd-3rd post to go in another direction with conversation but for the most part that does not seem the case. There are plenty of knowledgeable guys here who post everyday who are not on the top 10 list and I remember them because they know what they are talking about or they’re funny. Kris and the “regulars” have built a great knowledgeable community here. For the better of the site it may be good for Kris to leave up the top 10 list so new comers strive to have the most posts. Keep more action on the site….
Good Job Kris…..WHERE THE F IS MY SHIRT???
Justin – No problem and thanks!
FR702 – I’m researching some different ways to recognize active members, the top commentators list was just causing more problems than it was worth.
KOuch – You outlined both sides of the argument for the list. On one hand I love to have more comments but if they’re pointless (a lot of the time) and don’t add to the conversation it doesn’t benefit anyone. Like I told FR702 I’m looking into ways to recognize top members but the list just isn’t the best way. Shirts are actually tops on my todo list so I should get to looking into them today.
O then I mis understood my friend, after I posted I thought that it was unlikely for u and Justin to get into a spat… So F~it hey Kouch can a be a “regular” I mean u took away the comments now what do I do?? (Toatally bsing you) did u see that Fresno is having another “Rumble in the Park”? I left the info on the Robbie Lawler news cheers
@ Kris thanx for the explaination
About the top commentators. Like KOuch said it has its pros and cons. I think it silly to post 3 or 4 comments consecutively, that are just one sentence or two on the same subject, without someone else commenting. Which seems to happen from time to time when there is a goal of getting on a top commentators list or something. I have to admit that when I first came on here, I did see that list and think “I’d like to be on there” but I didn’t post things for that purpose only.
Maybe a better idea would be to have a “respected members” or some other phraseology, but have it based not only on quantity of posts, but actually involve quality of posts into consideration. And, therefore rather than have it a dynamic list, have it static except when you manually alter it, Kris.
