Ben Sauders vs. Brandon Wolff Added To UFC Fight Night 16
Welterweights Ben Saunders (6-0-2) and UFC newcomer Brandon Wolff (7-2) will meet at UFC Fight Night 16Â “UFC Fights for the Troops” on December 10th in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, according to MMAJunkie.com.
The event will air live on Spike TV.
Saunders, a cast member on The Ultimate Fighter 6, is undefeated in eight professional fights. He topped Dan Barrera via unanimous decision in his UFC debut then defeated Ryan Thomas via second-round armbar submission at UFC 87 in August.
Wolff has won four consecutive bouts including his most recent victory, a split decision win over UFC veteran Chad Reiner in May.
Wolff was originally to take on War “Jon Koppenhaver” Machine in his UFC debut but he’ll instead meet Sauders after Machine declined the matchup and was released by the UFC.
