I agree that the arm triangle was nice….but look at who it was against, Alexander is not exactly known for his BJJ, if he had been any other fighter he would seen that coming a mile away. I haven’t seen the Gouveia submission yet, haven’t found it online yet.

In regards to the Diaz’s behavior. GSP is a fighter and he is an upright guy, always respectful. Not to mention he would beat either one of them. The same goes for Anderson Silva, Forrest Griffin, Randy Couture. You can pretty much go down the list of the who’s who in the UFC, and you’ll find guys that are good guys that aren’t always trying to start something, granted there are some exceptions. The Diaz brothers, as far as I know, are the most disrespectful classless guys in the UFC. Nick got in a fight with Joe Riggs at the hospital after losing to him for crying out loud.

I don’t know about Gomi destroying Nick… Nick is pretty good himself. He beat Gomi before and I don’t see why he couldn’t do it again. As far as respecting them, I absolutely respect their ability to fight, but they are also human beings. Their fight careers are pretty short and after that they’ll have to be part of society like everybody else. They haven’t earned any respect as human beings yet. It’s time to grow up. Being a man means conducting yourself like a man.

They are very well trained forsure you don’t have to like them nor respect them as people but Nate is outstanding in the Cage, Nick has lost passion and has become a premadonna imo yet is still talented in his own right
Gomi will destroy him if he can get his hands on him again imo

I think that’s part of it man. It’s simple to me, they are fighters. Like Liddell said, (I’m paraphrasing because I’m not smart enough to remember exactly what he said!) they are not fighters because they are stellar citizens. I do understand what you’re saying however…fighters are a different breed. When you have the balls to step into a ring after months of training knowing that you are going to get in a fight, I think you have a right to say whatever the f you want. At least they’re not like pro, basketball-football felony players…yet
