I can’t even watch that discussion anymore! I go round for round over the boxing/MMA shat too much! Who f-ing cares if Fedor is on the same card as Oscar De La Hoya? Why do I want to be thrilled for under one minute while Fedor destroys his opponent in exciteing fashion and then be bored out of my mind watching Oscar dance around his opponent and hit him with punches that are hardly damaging for 12rds? I only speak for myself but I know I am not alone in my feelings. Boxing needs to be boxing and MMA needs to be MMA. Affliction is proving how stupid they are and now they are getting involved with the most corrupt sport in the world. That is what happens when money hungry investors try to make a quick buck in MMA and do not care about our BELOVED MMA. I hate Affliction. I love MMA. Oscar De La Hoya knows ZERO ZILCH NADA NOTHING about MMA. He is involved to make MONEY! F HIM! Damn I am pissed off. F Affliction. Affliction is bad for the sport.
I won’t even give Affliction a DIME for their next event. They can have Fedor fight whoeever they want…. I DON’T CARE! I have no problem with other promotions but Affliction is disgusting. I am going to right that Antencio ice letter. If I’m lucky he will read it and be disturbed.

don’t sugar coat how you feel…you can tell us, were your friends haha….I hate affliction too…I really hope the ufc gets a fedor/couture match set up for next year…call me crazy but does anybody else think lesnar has a pretty good chance against randy??? i hate to say it but I think he might even win….I mean both are wrestlers, but lesnar has got like 40 lbs on couture and longer reach…Im a fan of randy and hope he pulls it out…It just seems like alot of these olders guys..ex..hughes,liddell,tanner,ortiz….just don’t do as good as they used too…plus randy hasn’t fought in over a year

I’m with you on Lesnar having a pretty good chance against randy. Also, try 55 lbs on couture, Lesnar actually weighs 280 and cuts 15lbs to make the 265 weight limit, Randy weighs 225.
In regards to the Affliction thing, I think it was a pretty rotten thing to do that they made all this money getting UFC fighters to wear their stuff, and getting even Dana to wear/promote their shirts, then turn around, take the money they made off the UFC and make a competing organization. That would be like Nike making all kinds of money off of the NBA, and NBA players, then creating its own competing league.
Affliction doesn’t interest me, I’d rather watch Elite XC……..
I think that Brock has a good chance against anyone but don’t count Randy out, Randy might not be as strong as Brock ( not sure if anyone will be ) but he’s still very strong and has more tools and experience to win. Your not gonna see Couture getting mawled on the floor all night like Herring thats forsure. Brocks gonna have to fight for this win !!!!!!!!!!

No one is counting Randy out. In fact the way that I worded my comment “Lesnar has a good chance against Randy” slightly implies that Randy is still the favorite. If I said “Randy has a good chance against Lesnar.” That would imply that Lesnar is the favorite. You’re certainly right that Randy is not going to be made to look like Herring did.
Affliction is done ….. PERIOD… and it has become quite apparent to everyone now that Tom Atencio has no real knowledge about operating an MMA promotion . WAMMA was just formed to give Fedor a belt otherwise they would be planning to hold other bouts for recognition in the other five weightclasses by now .And since nobody really wants to be a part of WAMMA then its a pile of SH!T too .
Sounds to me like atencio has done way more damage to MMA than helped it .
Now lets forget AFFLICTION and move on to the real contender to the UFC ……..DREAM .
I don’t want Randy to lose but the difference in strength/power with Brock is going to be a lot harder to handle/figure out than Sylvia’s height/reach advantage. I think the best approach for Randy is to hit and run with dirty boxing. Then again, Brock could surprise everyone with his speed. If Randy is lucky he will be able to daze Brock and be able to finish. Wrestling, grappling or clinching are very dangerous things to do with Brock…..I don’t care who you are. Randy is master of the game plan and I have plenty of faith that he can remind us all who RANDY COUTURE really is. On te other hand, I think Brock will win…..thought that since the rumors started.
I HATE TO SAY IT. AND I THINK BROCK WILL WIN AS WELL. HES JUST TO MUCH. I HOPE RANDY PROVES ME WRONG.
