I believe Tito thinks he could be the champ again. He does work hard for cardio, but he needs more than ground and pound to be a factor.

Yeah or he could stay in thier and just be a steping stone but he did almost get machida with a triangle in the end of the 3rd it looked like he just let it go

It sounds like Tito wants to get back in the UFC and they might want Tito back. They’re probably good for each other. Tito is only 35. He should still be able to improve enough to compete, but he needs better jits if he plans to do that.

Speaking of Shamrock, maybe Tito should fight Ken again so he can get back in the win column. At least he could strut around the ring like he’s a factor in MMA again.
