i used to like tito, but when he blew off the boxing match against dana, i lost what like respect i had for the guy…

going after the money shows his true colors, and money was the main issue why him and dana didnt see eye to eye…

when i hear the word affliction, i think of a WWE ppv event, not MMA… if affliction wants to take some of the money that the UFC is making then they need to sign up and commers, they should do everything they can to get kids like hordecki(who i cant stand) who is gonna be one of the next best things… rather than get old fighters who want money…

the more i read about affliction the more it makes me think they will be like the SPGA and the UFC is the PGA… sure they have alot of great names but who wants to see old men fighting…. if i want that i will go youtube “bum fights”

mmaweekly.com is reporting that Tito still hasn’t signed officially with Affliction. I’m confused. This is like the third time it’s been said done, and then not. What the h*ll?

Yeah last affliction was cool. I just don’t like Tito Ortiz. Maybe im also sad because Fedor can’t fight. I was really exciting to think about a Arlovski vs Fedor.

Tito is great for talking, but washed-up when it comes to fighting. The boy can self promote and make things seem bigger than they are.

I added Shonie Carter because I believe he’s a guy people like to watch to hate on. And Jesse Taylor is fresh off Ultimate Fighter, and I believe he can fight, but obviously needs to work on submission defense.

Let’s look at the MMA landscape objectively here. The UFC is obviously the dominant MMA organization and will not get toppeled by Affliction; the UFC brand is way too strong–ask the average Joe on the street and he’ll recognize UFC, but won’t know what Affliction is.

I’m in agreement with some points from Gonzo. If Affliction wants to stay affloat, they need differetiate their brand. They cannot expect to go toe-to-toe PPV versus UFC PPV/Spike; Dana’s got too much firepower. Please also work on the damn camera-action. Pride had better camera work than Affliction.

Kev, Tito was quoted about his desire to move to HW because that’s where the money would be.
