Hmmmmm…..Randy can I ask you something? Why? Was it the money or did the idea of starring in a movie before Bisping did get you to do it? Little bit of both? Please keep fighting and training. Fedor does not fear movie stars at all…..that I know for sure.
i think its good for the sport, on of the spokesmen for it is in a hollywood movie might make all fighters look like more then just fighters, youll see alot of randy talking to cameras about the film and people will see how hes a nice smart articulate person
You know what? The film might suck — hell, Randy’s acting might suck — but you’ve still got to hand it to the guy.
On season 1 of TUF Randy looked very uncomfortable in front of the cameras (during interviews). If you’d told me that, in under five years, he’d be cast in a leading role in a hollywood blockbuster I’d have laughed and said “not a chance”. But his confidence/presence in front of the camera has improved dramatically over the years (he was pretty good as a co-commentator during some of the later UFC events).
All I can say is good luck to him. He’s clearly doing what he wants to do. Whether that’s fighting or starring in movies, it’s his call. You can’t really argue with that.
I thought Randy did pretty good in Redbelt even though it was a crappy movie. I hope he does well here as he is getting old and only one more fight in him.
Randy was ok in Redbelt and he looks ok in this as well except for the fight scenes. He expresses all the energy of a VanDamme in need of hip replacement surgery. I think if they removed the lines this could have been GSP’s role.
Oh **** im gonna get this on dvd
randy really delivered those lines perfectly, i smell oscar

Direct to Dvd is for the film purists….Those of us tired of watching to 10 yr olds scuffle over a kung fu panda cup…
i wonder if his acting is gonna be cheesy
Can’t wait to see Randy on Actor’s Studio..lol
sweet i hope randy makes some money on this

Randy, fight Fedor in the cage not a ring. It’s your only hope. Good thing you have this so-called movie career to fall back on and a hot wife.
