If the UFC really wants to build new talent and let them make a name for themselves, they need to bring back the old tournament format with the victor winning 2 or 3 fights in one nights, proving he's a bad-ass and become a name fighter overnight and putting him into contention for the title. The whole TUF is boring and too long. Have them all fight on one night, or split it up into two nights and have the winner face each other.
