Does the Demolition Man know fights do actually have a second round

  • Cvkid says:

Does anyone know why eddie alvarez didn’t fight shinya and hansen did.

  • Kris Karkoski says:

Cvkid – I meant to write this originally and updated the post but Alvarez was unable to continue due to a cut and Hansen, who won the reserve bout, face Aoki in his place.

  • The Rob says:

funny cause they were talking about ’should this scenario take place’…. and then it did.

This will likely drop Aoki down in the rankings…

  • GUY FROM LC says:

    go JOSEPH BENAVIDEZ!!!!!!!!!! HES SIKK!!!

  • Cvkid says:

I am glad Hansen won beating someone who beat him already. Plus getting the title. That’s sic

    whos cares about this ****

  • Angelo says:

What? Alistair Overeem beat Mark Hunt? Thats amazing, I though Hunt had what it took to be in the top 15 HWTs but losing by sub to a welterweight is sad.

  • Cvkid says:

Mike your dumb if you were a true mma fan you would so slap yourself.
Angelo have you seen Alistair he is huge compared to his pride day. And to me looks like he has became more well rounded. And Alistair was a 205 lhw not a welterweight.

eddie alvarez can really put on a show

  • Gonzo says:

Does Aoki cry every time he loses? He should have been out of the tournament at DREAM 1. JZ was beating the heck out of him, when the ref said JZ hit the back of his head. BS. Great DREAM 5. Alvarez is a warrior, he wanted to fight with that humungous right eye popping out of his head. I’d like to see a Grand Prix on the American promotions. Maybe Affliction and Elite XC can co-promote and event and have an 8-man tournament. They each send 3 fighters, and 2 open spots for other promotion’s fighters. They take the title to their promotion, with bragging rights. They can compete for another WAMMA belt. This would give credibility to the belts.

  • Tspence says:

ive been thinking about that for a while. even if elite xc and/or affliction did it with dream so if it was in japan it could be open weight classes. find out who the best fighter really is, the kind of guys in that category move around weight classes and talk about moving around alot so they could easily get to a comfortable weight for say anderson silva vs fedor, chuck liddel vs gsp, bj penn vs anyone, hes said he would fight heavyweight before.

i might have read on here that dreams going down hill. it would be smart of them to team up with someone else seems like a good idea these days strikeforce/elitexc are pretty much same thing, m-1/affliction ufc buying pride and partners with wec.
