The FX preliminary card of UFC 155 drew particularly strong ratings this past Saturday on the network. The card netted an average of 1.4 million viewers over the two hour run-time, making it the fourth most-viewed preliminary card on the channel. Multiple sources reported the story on Monday.
While not always an indicator of PPV success, the numbers are very good for the UFC’s show. Saturday’s FX card was anchored by a strong fight between Brad Pickett and Eddie Wineland, as well as longtime UFC stalwart Melvin Guillard taking on Jamie Varner.
The UFC will air preliminaries on FX again for UFC on Fox 6 later this month.
