The coming end of Strikeforce will see many of the promotion’s contracted fighters left out in the cold. Given the current size of the UFC roster, it’s likely that just over 20 fighters will find a a new home in the octagon. Throughout the coming week, MMA Frenzy’s staff will look at some of the most promising candidates who may have “UFC” scrawled across their gloves in the near future, starting with the remnants of the heavyweight and light heavyweight divisions.

Scrap can be used ambiguously when referring to Strikeforce.
Is Barnett fighting on the final strikeforce card
Unknown at this time
is there gonna be any fights for the Arnold classic
No idea, if there is they won’t be Strikeforce fights though.
I was looking to fights after the Arnold but I doubt it. With strikeforce folding it won’t be them and I heard UFC is going to Japan in march. Just want UFC to come back to the buckeye state
They went from having ufc to wec then to strike force events. they used to have ufc fighters signing autographs. That trip to Columbus used to be amazing for me.
I’m from Ohio and was able to only go to one UFC event, Couture vs Sylvia, coolest event I have ever been to. Went to last years strikeforce event, Rousey vs Tate. Now I have to go to Chicago for a UFC event. They need to come back.
I have been waiting for Mousasi to go the UFC for awhile, but his last two fights (in the US) left much to be desired.
