An injury to Kyung Ho Kang has forced a short notice change to next week’s UFC on FUEL TV 6. Japanese fighter Motonobu Tezuka will fill in against Alex Caceres in Macao. MMAJunkie first reported the change.
Tezuka, who will be making his promotional debut, is 2-0 in 2012 and 14-4-2 in his career. Caceres is fresh off a UFC career-saving “Submission of the Night” win over Damacio Page at “UFC on FUEL TV 4.” The TUF 12 veteran is 2-1 since dropping to bantamweight, with the lone loss coming from a fight in which he was docked two points for multiple hard groin strikes.
UFC on FUEL TV 6 takes place November 10 live from the Cotai Arena at the Venetian Macao Resort and Hotel in the special administrative region of Macau in China. The card will be headlined by a middleweight bout between Cung Le and Rich Franklin. The main card will be aired live via FUEL TV, with the preliminaries likely airing on Facebook.
