Arguably the greatest female mixed martial artist to date, Megumi Fujii, has ostensibly reached the end of her career. A veteran of such promotions as DREAM, Bellator, and Shooto the Japanese phenom amassed a career record of 25-2, with both losses coming in controversial decisions to Zoila Gurgel and Jessica Aguilar in the Bellator cage.
Fujii is currently in talks with DREAM, who are reportedly putting on a New Year’s Eve event on December 31, where she will compete one last time in front of her home country before hanging up the gloves. Sources say that Fujii planned on retiring after the contentious May loss to Jessica Aguilar, but decided that she would fight one last time as long as it was in front of her countrymen.

At 38 years old. Shes got nothing else to prove. She had a great career.
She should get one of them in the last fight ….. Aguilar would be my pick
