If its Bipolar its the meds or the gym not both…It just doesn’t work…I hope its just depression as he might be able to fight if he choses with counseling and monitoring.

I am amazed at how many mental health workers that are here. Actually, I AM a mental health worker in OC and honestly, you guys need to get off the dime store psych and stick to what you know. Someone mentioned Bi-polar, and stated how the meds make them look like they got hit with a slaedge hammer. Well, sorry to break it to you but I work with Bi-polar D/O all day long and in most cases the meds have some minor edie effects but don;t make people feel lousy. We don;t use meds to keep YOU safe from them, but to help them with the condition.

the meds don;t simply treat the Symptoms, they treat the root of the couse of the problem, biochemical imbalance in the brain. The meds correct the imbalance as much as possible by facilitating the brain’s natural functioning for it.

Honestly, I hate to rant but what I hate more is all the misinformation and half-truths nonmental health workers out there spout off about like it is true, when you have never read an actually psych book in your life or taken a class aside from maybe general ed.

Rampage is suffering from stress and depression which can have a TEMPORARY effect like a more sevre mental illness. This is not uncommon for a person like a pro althete. he is out of the average age range by far to develope a mental illness, people in their 30s rarely develope it then.

people, in other words stick to what you know or learn what you are talking about before you condem him to be the next mike tyson.

UFC my English brother. I obviously have alot against Affliction but it comes down to money. I will not and cannot pay for a Sylvia main event. I promised myself that when he was still with the UFC. Sylvia’s lazy jab and clinch fighting is far too depressing for me to watch. He is where he is because of size more than fighting skill. I take no offense. We all joke here…I know that. I cannot wait to read the Affliction result though. PLEASE MMA GODS…..PLEASE KO SYLVIA!!!
