UFC Tonight: Sonnen “The Man has Arrived”

Last night, Chael Sonnen joined “UFC Tonight’s” Kenny Florian and Todd Harris to discuss his upcoming coaching gig for “The Ultimate Fighter 17″ and future matchup with UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones this April. Sonnen was back in full promotional form for the interview. TUF 17 will debut in January with the two fighters meeting up at an unnamed bout on April 27.

Let me get my crystal ball out here and look at April 28th if Jon Jones is victorious. I see Chael Sonnen telling Junior Dos Santos that he has his belt and he is coming for it. Twitter world goes nuts and is pushing Dana to make that fight happen because “Chael will pound him into the ground.”

Chael Sonnen most definitely is the man. This guy went from suspended for high testosterone levels and facing criminal charges, to king of the new WWE-UFC, Fox golden boy, and prob a top five paid fighter in the org over night. Love him or hate him this guy is on top of his game. If he somehow beats bones omg I can’t even imagine. Now, whether he deserves that fight (he doesn’t) is a whole different story.
