Jason “Mayhem” Miller has been formally charged with misdemeanor vandalism by the Orange County District Attorney. Miller was arrested August 13 after breaking into Mission Hills Baptist Church and vandalizing the interior of the church.
The former UFC fighter will be arraigned November 21 in Orange County Superior Court, where he will enter plea of guilty or not guilty. If Miller were to plead not guilty, a pre-trial hearing will be set for a later day.
Miller was arrested August 13 after being found naked on the second floor of the church. The police found an expended fire extinguisher, broken windows, and various other broken objects strewn throughout the first and second floors of the church. Miller was released August 14 after posting bail.
Miller was cut from the UFC following his UFC 146 loss to C.B. Dollaway.
