Countdown to UFC 150: Cerrone vs. Guillard

Donald Cerrone and Melvin Guillard will meet this Saturday night in Denver and fireworks are expected between the former teammates. While neither has express animosity leading up to their Saturday scuffle, neither has any reservations about letting it all hang out against the other. With both hoping to one day attain UFC gold, the action should be plentiful. UFC cameras caught up with the two fighters to discuss their upcoming battle in the latest in the UFC’s “Countdown to UFC 150″ series.
Be sure to tune in this Saturday on PPV to see how it all plays out. The card will be headlined by a lightweight rematch for the UFC title, as champion Benson Henderson takes on former champion Frankie Edgar.

Awesome video. This is what two men, who are professional fighters, do. None of this friends don’t fight friends. Yeah…we get it you’re fighting your friend. But fighting is your business lol. It’s not an emotional thing you do when your drunk and someone hits on your girl, its a planned sporting activity that is done for a living. People get beat up, knocked out, choked out, whatever, and they come back and fight again, its all part of the job.
As far as the fight, It’s going to be fun. I really like watching Guillard, but I love Cowboy. Sure they will stand and bang a bit but Cowboy has the fail safe submission game and he will be breaking it out as he should. And yes, Melvin the submission game is in the back of your head, right where Cowboy wants it ;)
