Strikeforce has released the first promo for their August 18 event which will be anchored by Ronda Rousey vs. Sarah Kaufman. Rousey will attempt to make her first title defense since snapping Miesha Tate’s arm in March. Attempting to wrest the title form the Olympic judoka will be former champion Sarah Kaufman, who is coming into the bout riding three wins.

The event is slated to emanate from the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California with the main card airing on Showtime and Preliminary bouts on Showtime Extreme.
