its pretty hard to believe that they didnt draw that big of a crowd. the card has some boring fights but the main should be enough.
alright I am curious how many people actually believe that forrest is going to win
I still got Rampage by KO in the first. I dont see it going much longer than that. I like Forest, but this is a good matchup for Jackson.
Ok fellas lets pick ‘em
(1) Fight of the night: Cote-vs-Almeida
(2) Upset of the night: I love Rampage, but it just feels like it’s Griffin’s time to shine – Griffin in an upset (I hope this doesn’t really happen to be honest)
(3) Snooze fest of the night: Stevenson-vs-Tibau
IM WITH JAI…
“UPSET” BUT THATS WHAT I WANT… I LIKE FORREST IN THIS FIGHT
Does anyone want to set up a time in the chatroom? How about tommorrow??? Say around 8pm central time?? would be cool to actually chat with some of the regulars.
Nearly sold out !!!!!
That’s not good, I know Koschecks fighting, but come on Las Vegas, the LH titles up for grabs
I’m rooting for Forrest but I have to say that I think Rampage is going to win. Rampages aggressive bang’em up style is being suited perfectly. Forrest will stand in front of him and get bombs rained down on him. Forrest is very tuff but everyone has there limit to how much they can take and he did get his bell rung by a much less powerful Keith Jardine.
YEAH YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD SELL OUT QUICK. BUT FORREST DID GET ROCKED BUT THATS REALLY THE ONLY TIME IVE SEEN HIM ROCKED. JARDINE HIT RIGHT ON THE BUTTON. BUT I STILL LIKE GRIFFIN. RAMPAGE COULDN’T PUT OUT HENDO RIGHT
i want forrest to win this one but i reckon he’s going to get KO’d. This card is quite deep. I hope Lytle Knocks Koscheck out his fights are so boring
OH YEAH I HOPE LYTLE REALY SENDS JOSH TO THE HOSPITAL WITH A CAREAR ENDING KNOCKOUT… LOL
YES!! I agree w/ ya pete and fox….Josh is such a punk. I’d really like to see forrest win..He deserves that belt….
YZFOXRACING ,
Yeah Rampage couldn’t finish off Hendo but Hendo’s chin has never been suspect. Hendo can take a hit. Don’t get me wrong, I’m rooting for Griffin in this one.
i think 90% of people want forrest to win including me! but rampage is guna knock him out in the first sorrys guys, an i think im the only one on here who likes josh haha or well guess people cant call me a sheep then
Rampage by murder in the 2nd. Cole Miller, anyone who loses to Jardine in the first doesn’t deserve the belt, even if he beat Shogun. Actually, nobody deserves a belt, they should earn it.
Forrest by Ko in clinch….
This is a tough one to call, I see Rampage by KO storming over Forrest, but then I think back to his fight in the UF show and the dude is tough.
Forrest is being far too under estimated in this one. He has proven to have great endurance while taking a beating. With exception to the Jardine KO Forrest has been very good in his fights. The longer the fight goes the better it is for Forrest. Should Forrest win, I predict it will be by submission. Just a guess.
i hope forest wins but i dont see him making it out of the 2 round it would be nice to see forest win and then turn around and tell rampages trainer bye bye if any of yall didnt hear he said he would retire if forest beat quinton.
It definitely is a tough call. I just figure height plus Thai clinch equals a bad night for Rampage.
Rampage over Griffin by a very bloody knockout
see forrest running away from rampage all night until rampage catches him and slams him into the mat again and again and then just unloads on him
I see Rampage with an early KO.
KOuch
im not under estimateing forrest no one can take away what he has done in the ufc haveing said that forrest is a brawler so is going to stand up rampage is also a stand up fighter with bigger an bader hits thats why i see this ending early for forrest.
JOHNBOY,
That’s pretty much the same way I see it going as well, but I will still be pulling for a Griffin upset!
FORREST ALL THE WAY… EVERYONE IS WAY UNDERESTIMED RAMPAGE AND I DON’T SEE HOW YOU CAN. I THINK FORREST WILL WHEN BY SUBMISSION IN THE LATER ROUNDS MAYBE 3RD OR 4TH.
hell yeah i will be chanting for forrest and would love to see him win, cant see it tho
I would love to say Forrest but I am not so sure. I will be rooting for him but I think Rampage will take it.
Ybarra has been a life saver for Page and I think he still has 1 maybe 2 more defenses in him before he gets dethroned.
Ybarra is a factor in the fight.
He has done wonders for Rampage. I think his footwork has been the key to his stand up improving like it has in the UFC.
i just cant wait to see chuck rip quinton apart
quinton will win this fight by ko in the mid 3rd forrest will find himself tryin to clinch and wrestle too much with a better wrestler
also just wanted to kno if any body has heard about titos future and what he plans to do
well at least just to redeem those losses, then he should retire i think, how much more time does he have to continue wowing us, if he can overcome the rampage loss and beat him thats a good note to leave on
I have a feeling Tito shows up on the 19th.
All i can say on this one is good luck to forrest, Rampage has been on well… a rampage since Juanito joined his team, Dont count forrest out he could pull off some slick sub on Quinton then get dropped on his head like everyone whos tried to submit rampage, I sure hope that forrest goes for a triangle we need to see a good slam KO on those ultimate knockout dvd’s haha looking forward to this one but i gotta work saturday night so i’ll miss this one but i will be here checking the play by play that u guys do so well, then watch em illegally when i get home, sorry zuffa, but if u paid ur fighters more i might actually be inclined to buy a ppv, My picks for the night:
Rampage KO round 2
Cote KO round 1
Stevenson Sub Round 3
Tyson Griffin UD round 3
Koscheck By wicked head kick in the 1st
cote is never going to beat almeida
